COLIBA 53 — the A-frame retreat above the Danube.

On 14 hectares of my own land above the Danube gorge, my own holiday project is taking shape: about two kilometres from the Danube, on the 579-metre ridge near Sichevița, close to the famous watermill valley (Valea morilor de apă). An old farmhouse already stands on the land: with a well over 70 years old, a handmade wooden fence around one hectare of farmyard, and plum and quince trees and grapevines more than 100 years old — the beginning of the story.

Does T24 DIMI also transport valuables such as gold or silver?

Yes, by request and after a prior consultation: gold, silver, jewellery, watches, documents and collectibles — personally accompanied, with a signed handover protocol and transport insurance based on declared value, in unmarked vehicles.

How does buying land in Romania or Serbia with DIMI Invest work?

In three steps: access to plots through the local network before they appear on portals; on-site verification of the land register, owners and boundaries; support through to the notary appointment. The focus is the Danube region of Romania and Serbia, around the Iron Gates area. No investment advice.

How long has the company existed?

T24 DIMI GROUP was founded in 2015 and is run by Andreas Dimitrovici as managing director.

What is COLIBA 53?

COLIBA 53 is Andreas Dimitrovici's own holiday project: an A-frame retreat on 14 hectares near Sichevița in the Romanian Danube region, on a 579-metre ridge about two kilometres from the river. Planned: 60 m² natural-wood cabins, all-inclusive with shuttle, ATV/quad, barbecue and ceaun cooking, fishing, and boat tours to Cazanele Mici and the wild-horse island of Ostrov. Opening planned for 2030.
